Privacy Policy

Effective May 23, 2026

This policy explains how Invoicito handles information when you use the website, free invoice generator, dashboard, invoice links, estimate links, payments, analytics, and support channels.

Information We Collect

We collect account details, organization details, invoice and estimate content, client contact details, support messages, analytics events, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

Payment Data

Card details are tokenized in the browser and processed by Authorize.net. Invoicito stores transaction references, authorization details, payment status, and invoice reconciliation data. Raw card numbers are not stored on Invoicito servers.

How We Use Data

We use data to create invoices, generate PDFs, send invoice emails, manage accounts, measure product usage, prevent abuse, support customers, and improve the site.

Service Providers

We may use hosting, database, email, analytics, payment, support, and operations providers to deliver the service. Those providers only receive the data needed for their role.

Retention

Invoice, client, account, payment, and support records are retained while an account is active and as needed for operational, tax, security, dispute, and legal purposes.

Your Choices

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
