Terms of Service
Effective May 23, 2026
These terms govern use of Invoicito. By using the website, free invoice generator, dashboard, public invoice links, estimate links, payment features, or support channels, you agree to these terms.
Use Of The Service
Invoicito provides invoice generation, PDF, email, estimate, payment, reminder, and related business workflow tools. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices, estimates, taxes, payment terms, client data, and messages you create.
Accounts And Security
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Payments
Invoice card payments use the shared Authorize.net-backed merchant flow when enabled for an account. Payment availability, settlement, refunds, voids, fees, reviews, and declines are subject to processor and portfolio operations rules.
Free Invoice Generator
The free generator is provided for convenience and may be rate limited, monitored for abuse, changed, or disabled. Do not use it for spam, misleading invoices, unauthorized billing, or unlawful content.
Email And Client Data
If you send invoices or estimates through Invoicito, you confirm that you have permission to contact the recipient and that the information you provide is accurate.
No Professional Advice
Invoicito is a business productivity tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, collections, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for those decisions.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoicito is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
