Your first invoice is free — no account and no card needed. Each additional invoice is $3.99 ($3.59 each when you buy 5 or more, $3.39 each for 10 or more). Optional add-ons per order: your logo ($1.99) and premium templates ($1.99). One-time purchases, no subscription.
Is the first invoice really free?
Yes. Fill in the generator, download the PDF or email it to your client — no account and no card. The free invoice uses the Classic layout with a small “Powered by Invoicito” line at the bottom.
What do I get with a paid invoice?
A clean PDF with no Invoicito branding, which you can download or email to your client from the generator. Add the logo or premium-template extras to brand it.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Pay with a card and your invoices are ready straight away on that browser. Your receipt email has a link that brings your remaining invoices to any device. If you're signed in when you buy, they're also available in your dashboard.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment. There are no monthly plans and nothing renews.
How do the extras work?
The logo ($1.99) and premium templates ($1.99) are charged once per order and apply to every invoice in that order.
How does it work in the dashboard?
Sign up for free to keep clients and invoices in one place. Drafts are free to create and preview. An invoice uses your free invoice or one paid invoice the first time you download, email or share it — after that you can re-download and resend it as often as you need. Your saved logo and the premium layouts print on an invoice when the order its credit came from included that extra.
Are estimates free?
Yes. Estimates (quotes) are free to create, download, email and share from the dashboard. They're clearly marked ESTIMATE so they can't be mistaken for a bill. Converting an estimate into an invoice creates a draft invoice, which uses an invoice credit (or your free invoice) when you finalize it.
