What belongs on a photography invoice
The bill should let a client match every number to something they remember agreeing to: a date in a diary, a count of images, and a licence with an end to it.
- Shoot fee with the date, location, and hours actually booked
- Editing and retouching, with the number of final images delivered
- Licence terms: how long, which media, which territory
- Travel, parking, assistants, and studio or location hire
